1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and uu777 ("uu777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the uu777 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at uu777.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

uu777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use the uu777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. uu777 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of uu777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the uu777 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

uu777 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.

3 Account Management

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the uu777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uu777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any pending or historical transactions, including winnings, without prior notice.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uu777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. uu777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify uu777 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. uu777 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

Account Verification. uu777 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by uu777 may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. uu777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. All deposits to your uu777 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. uu777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by uu777's payment processing systems.

uu777 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. uu777 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Currency. All transactions on the uu777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). uu777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

uu777 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional verification, or delay processing of withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

uu777 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• uu777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.

uu777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the uu777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

uu777 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, uu777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. uu777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. uu777's decision on disputed game results, following investigation, shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uu777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

uu777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

uu777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during play reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming position.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the uu777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of uu777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of uu777.

Any unauthorized use of uu777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uu777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

uu777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uu777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uu777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy and Data

uu777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at uu777.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uu777 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and uu777 cannot guarantee absolute security.

uu777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

12 Amendments and Termination

Amendments. uu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uu777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by You. You may close your uu777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by uu777. uu777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) uu777 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) uu777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) uu777 ceases to operate the Platform.

Upon termination for breach, uu777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and uu777, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting uu777 customer support. uu777 will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent uu777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
